to & From the Venue

We kindly ask that you organise your own transportation to the venue.

We have arranged coaches from 11pm onwards from the venue to Reading Central Station or Pangbourne. Kindly let us know via the RSVP form if you would like to take one of these options, or if you will arrange your own transportation. 

Car

Parking is available in a field adjacent to the venue. Please navigate to this what3words address: ///ruled.detail.bless and follow the one-way system using on-site signage to the venue’s parking.  Do not head directly to Mapledurham House, as this takes you to the wrong entrance and road access is narrow.

Kindly note: If you have chosen to leave your car at the venue overnight after the party, please be aware that cars left at the venue are left at their own risk and must be collected the following day by 10am (the gate may be locked after this time).

Taxi

Taxis are a practical way to get to and from the venue. As the mobile phone reception at Mapledurham Estate is limited, the venue recommends arranging transportation in advance to avoid any inconvenience. The music finishes at 11pm and we are asked to leave the venue by midnight. We’re happy to connect you with other guests in your accomodation in order to facilitate cab sharing.
